RETURNS

As a valued business customer, your satisfaction is our priority. While orders placed in the B2B sector are generally not subject to statutory return rights, we would still like to offer you the opportunity to return products to us under certain conditions.

Return Conditions:

We offer you the possibility to return unused and undamaged products within 14 days of receipt. This service is provided solely on a goodwill basis and is subject to certain conditions.

When returning a product, we charge a restocking fee of 25% of the original product price. This fee will be deducted from the initial invoice amount. The remaining balance will be credited to you after the product has been inspected.

Returns will only be accepted if they have been authorized by our customer service team in advance. Please contact us via our contact form or by phone before making a return. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive a return number, which must be included with the package.

Return Process

Please note that processing after receiving the package, including the inspection of the goods and the crediting of the remaining amount, may take up to five business days.

Notify our customer service of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please provide your order number, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return.

Wait for the approval of your return request. You will receive further instructions on how to return the goods.

Carefully package the goods and include the return number. The return shipping will be at your expense. Please note that we only accept unused and undamaged goods.
